Key Responsibilities :
· Sop follow up and review
o Adhere to counter SOP.
o Initiative to optimize the process.

· Data quality
o Always keep high data quality.
o Ensure duly & properly issue OBL and SWB to customers as SOP
o Perform telex release/3rd place issuance in time & to correct party
o Issue vessel certificate properly;
o Manage blank security paper and document chops well to prevent risk;
o Updating some local charge in GCSS(such as BLF, TLX and so on);
o Ensure to file documents timely and completely, within deadline;
o No service failure;
o Learn from wrong and take correct action immediately;

· Communication and cooperation
o Always ensure open and candid internal communication. Be constructive and positive at all time.
o Always communicate in a professional manner.
o Always strive toward productivity improvement, rationalization, innovation and team spirit.
o Back up others well per team leader’s arrangement。 Give clear and timely handover before leave.
o Be helpful to new colleagues.
o Maintain good image of customer care organization, general support to and cooperation with other departments, includes SAL/FIN; exchange best practice within whole NPO counter teams and other CUS teams.
o Keep working environment tidy.

· Training
o Complete E-learning courses within deadline.
o Raise training needs to team leader in line with company business development and requirement.
o Follow up trainings with specific action plans.

· System Security
o Adhere to company’s Code of Conduct;
o Adhere to company IT policies and guidelines.
o Raise doubts and questions to team leader immediately.

· Others
o Ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned specially;
