· Manage the department quality assurance

· Perform as Contact person to customers and supplier in question of quality

· Act as Auditor for interne und extern audits

· Responsible for Handling of Q-Problems

· Responsible for customers and auditors (intern und extern)

· Make Quality management report

· Provide Training of employee in quality questions

· Responsible for Introducing and training quality improving measurement

· Control effectiveness of applied quality

· Other duties as assigned

· University degree of plastic/rubber engineering or relatives

· About 5 experiences in quality management

· Experienced in plastic/rubber and automotive industry

· Proficient in TS16949, ISO14001 management system;

· Familiar with APQP, and statistical tools

· Independent problem solving ability

· Management skill

· Good command of English

· Ability to cope with pressure
