Position：
Sales Engineer

Direct Superior / Report to:
Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Canvass new projects and new customers as well as new markets
- Introduce products to customers, prepare quotations and contracts with customers technically and commercially
- Keep a close relationship to customers in general e.g. by means of personal visits or phone calls, customer data maintenance with ERP system
- Support and consult customers regarding to the technical and economic solution, meeting their needs optimally
- Timely Order Processing after receiving order, file current projects appropriately, keep an updated project list
- Support the collection of outstanding payments
- Observe and report movements of competition and market
- Report regularly to the sales manager on the sales and marketing activities, prepare and deliver the sales SOFT report, project report etc, in a timely and precisely manner

Requirements:
- University degree or above, engineering background, mechanical preferred
- Working experience in sales of Ag/ CE market
- Familiar with foreign trade
- Proven growing accountability and success for increased sales revenue
- With open mind, self-motivated, flexible and willing to innovate & accept challenges
- Strong diplomatic and customer relation sense
- Good communication and coordination skill, be an active team player
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written, working experience in Multi-national company preferred
- Willing to travel
