Department: DAMCO RTP Semi-Self billing team
Reports to: RTP Group Leader of Semi-self billing team

Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
- Provide the best finance and accounting services based on requirement from China Finance manager, business units’ management and local government.
- To be in charge of the MM related posting and payment for related company code and vendor, ensure the work meets and exceeds requirement.
- Follow reconciliation (Recon) and Control Dashboard (CD) tightly, and ensure full score for the two parts.
- To execute area cost control policies in operational payment aspect and ensure compliance with company internal procedures, policies and local legal requirements.
- Prepare for job related account code reconciliation and follow-up.
- Be responsible for accounting issues subject to separate task list before deadline with high data quality
- Ad hoc assistance as required by branch finance manager or the immediate manager.

Specific responsibilities of the position:
1. Arrange payment to operational vendors in due course and give them notification after payment arranged. Neither delay nor advance is allowed.
2. Responsible for on-site following up and timely cleaning in terms of the pending items in reconciliation report.
3. Keep good relationship with operational vendors and other BU associates.
4. Give comments on contract/ agreement with operational vendors for cost control related issues.
5. Propose projects for innovation on cost control process to achieve quality, efficiency and cost leadership.
6. Ensure that operational cost related document filing is in proper order and able to meet internal and statutory filing requirements; documents includes but not limited to vouchers, agreements, mandatory reports, etc.; make sure that there is no documents relating to operational cost control missing.
7. Know the requirement for Recon and CD, and ensure full score on the two parts.
8. To be in charge of the MM related posting and payment for related company code and vendor, ensure the work meets and exceeds requirement. To follow month end tasks and PE tasks, ensure high data quality and meet deadline.

Measurement / success criteria of the position:
- Ensure every payment is aligned with policy and with sound supporting.
- Ensure accounts are reconciled and pending items are well traced and solved based on CD requirement, no loss to the company due lack of management on balance sheet.
- None or minor items pointed out by internal and external auditors in task list.
- Regularly review working procedures, smooth implementation of guidelines and policies
- Keep good cooperation with other functions and external related parties.
