职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support to internal customer workstations.
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to perform various testing tasks.
  • As a role of team leader in charge of site daily operation and team management.
  • Responsible for the VIP support and event support.
  • Responsible for the internal project management and report.
  • As an escalation point to guide and perform problem management.
  • Responsible for the operation data analysis, report and improvement solution.
  • Performs evaluation, installation and integration of standard third-party packages and advancement of current systems.
  • Resolves reported workstation problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research.
  • Prioritizes and updates problem status information.
  • Maintains the company IT assets on the asset management system
  • Supports and troubleshoots problems for servers, network , client connectivity

· Reports to: Greater China LTS Manager.

Skills Requirements

  • Fluent English, both writing and speaking
  • University degree or equivalent experience in technical support environment
  • At least 3 years experience with local office support operations, data communications, networking operations, VIP support and team management

· positive working attitude with an ability to multitask; pleasant personality and able to communicate well with users

  • Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Local Network Administrator (Cisco products) (added advantage)
  • Windows File Server

Optional (the following additional technical skills would be a key differentiating factor):

· Software coding or command line scripting for automation

  • Project management experience and team management experience
  • Experience in ITIL practices

Soft Skills

· Well developed interpersonal, communication skills

· Having service mind and client service attitude

· Proficient problem solving and analytical skills

· Aptitude to multitask workloads
