Missions and accountabilities

Accounting
- Manage General accounting operation
- Prepare monthly financial statements to group and local authorities
- Mid-year and yearly audit of accounts for local authorities and group requirement.
Cash management
- Follow up Capex expenditure
- Monthly cash forecast report to GM
- Follow-up of Payables and Receivables/Credit Management, in relation with Sales team
- Manages cash, loans in relationship with mother company
Business Control
- Monthly Cost review of Var.cost & Fixed cost, productivity analysis comparing with budget
- Evaluate future Var.cost & Fixed cost when the company will start new business
- Improve the tools for cost controlling.
- Work with operation teams to improve variable costs.
- Stock periodic validation including Spare parts and consumables
Budget process
- Prepare annual budget and forecast
- Implement budget monthly follow-up
- Follow up investment budget / compare with actual expenses
Tax and legal requirements
- Supervise tax returns, ensure tax treatment to be compliance with Chinese rules and regulations
- Payments and receipt declaration to be compliance with Chinese rules and regulations
- Ensure declaration to statistic bureau to be compliance with Chinese rules and regulations

- Finance team in mother company
- Finance team of foreign shareholder
- Tax administrations
- Customs
- Statutory advisors,
- Lawyers
- Banks and Insurance companies


Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or above.
- Minimum of 8 years ’working experience in finance department of manufacturing factory and at least 3 years as manager position.
- Familiar with local tax practice and relevant law regulations.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
