职位描述
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
? Installing and configuring computer systems.
? Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and IT peripheral equipment.
? Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
? Oversee the daily performance of IT systems/ Infrastructure.
? Set up IT equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, equipment, operating systems, software, ERP, licenses, internet/Phone Communication.
? Maintain records of daily data for: IT/ Communication problems and corrective action taken, installation activities. IT/ Communication infrastructure general functioning –breakdowns, bad communication, repairs, etc.
? Confer with staff/users and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
? Develop training materials, procedures, Code of conduct Policy.
? Train employee in the proper use of hardware and software.
? ERP –support and train employee in proper use of the ERP system.
Skills requirements-
? Experience in providing IT support.
? Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows on both desktop and server.
? Able to work on own and under pressure.
? Self-motivated.
? Good time management and priority handling.
? Previous experience of working with ERP systems.
? Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
? An initiative to find solutions for future problems.
? Professional working attitude.
Language Skills-
? Very good English: Written and Oral. Able to communicate freely with HQ IT support persons, ERP training persons.
