职位描述
Responsibilities:
Manages direct-manufacturing operations with high level of efficiency and productivity;
Strong at process improvement programs and cost-reduction exercises;
Leads the day-to-day running of the manufacturing term, managing resource and reporting to time and budget;
Enhances and develops existing production system, as well as optimizes the organization and management of operation system;
Makes up and controls department budget and daily production cost.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Engineering or relevant discipline;
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the production capacity with a working knowledge of plastics injection molding;
Capable of effective planning of time to optimize effort;
Excellent communication and organization skills;
Good command of English and Mandarin.
