目标
协助店铺经理确保每天店铺的正常营运,完成销售指标,具有贡献精神并能有效的利用资源,激励和管理员工,让每一位顾客在任何情况下都感到满意。
职责
2、完成销售指标
3、处理客户的维修问题,确保售后服务的正常运作
4、按照标准维护商品陈列和店铺环境以保证品牌形象
5、客户服务理念的执行与客户个人资料的收集
6、管理每个运营环节,保证门店良好运作
7、协同店铺同事处理产品补货及库存盘点
8、协同店铺同事处理店铺日常行政管理
9、负责店铺日常报表
经验和技能
1、零售技巧
2、具备在外企工作所应有的态度
3、拥有开发本地新顾客、维护老客户、处理顾客投诉的经验
4、具备产品视觉成列的能力
5、拥有高素质水平
6、良好的英文书写及口头表达能力
7、5至8年的工作经验

Aim
Assist Store Manager To guarantee operative day to day functioning of the store, achieve the sales targets, contribution objectives and efficient use of the resources, ensure correct management maintaining motivated staff to assure customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities
-Assist Store Manager to complete all daily operation works
-Achieve sales targets
-Takes charge of customers’ repair requests, and ensures that corporate after sales procedures are properly activated
-Maintain the visual merchandising and shop environment standards to ensure brand image
-Ensures the implementation of CRM initiatives and customers' personal data collection
-Looks after all operative activities which are necessary to ensure the store efficiency
-Support colleagues in charge of product replenishment and stock activities, to ensure store efficiency
-Support colleagues in charge of administrative activities, to ensure store efficiency
-Be responsible for relevant reporting
Skills & Knowledge
-Retail culture
-Attitude to work in international Companies
-Experience in developing local client, customer retention, and dealing with customer complains
-Visual Merchandising ability
-High level personality and standing
-Good written & oral English
-5-8 year experience
