Job Description:

1.Under the direction of the direct supervisor, the buyer will be responsible for the following activities:
2.Responsible for local and international purchasing, payment, document requirements. and etc.
3.Negotiating price and contract terms.
4.Make sure delivery be done on time and with good quality.
5.Be in charge of inspecting all invoices and receiving reports to determine if quantity ordered matches quantity received; review prices and payment terms to ensure agreement with purchase order and dispose of discrepancies.
6.Maintaining interface with vendors to ensure the purchasing of high quality merchandise, expedient delivery, and dependable service at optimum price.
7.Preparing and maintaining a variety of records, logs and files related to purchasing activities.
8.Do supplier evaluation.
9.Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

1.College degree or above, with engineering background is favorite.
2.Above four years’ working experience as a buyer.
3.Preference if with CPM certificate
4.Preference skilled in english. At least good at written English.
5.Have the knowledge of TS16949/ISO 9001/ISO14001, or with certificate.
