Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

1. Primary contact with affiliates, field PSL, and sales personnel. Ensures accurate and timely processing of orders and quotations.

2. Directs the movement of material for global multi-PSL operations. Utilizes knowledge of products and processes to service customer needs.

3. Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements.

4. Coordinates cross-center and vendor supplied orders as required and monitors those shipments.

5. Works with Law Department to ensure export compliance and stays current regarding international material movements and shipping regulations. May give guidance to Order Correspondents as needed.

Job requirement:

1. University graduate with bachelor degree or above

2. Requires experience in the Customer Service environment and other related areas such as Procurement, Manufacturing, or Logistics, typically gained through 2-3 years experience.

3. Experience in communicating with different cultures and/or countries.

4. PC skills: demonstrates familiarity with use of PC equipment and software.

5. Communication skills - verbal and written: communicates effectively with customers and colleagues.

6. Typing skills: ability to type with speed and accuracy.

7. Language skills: mastery of the English language both verbal and written.
