To work with production team and engineering team, organize and perform repair, preventive maintenance of production equipment, coordinate and carry out the improvement and upgrading of production machine. To provide technical supports in electrical and automatic fields.
与生产和工程团队一起，负责组织实施生产相关设备的修理、预防性维护工作，协调实施生产相关设备的改进和升级，为全厂范围提供电气及自动化方面的技术支持。
Specific Responsibilities:

？ Go on a tour of inspecting the operating status of production equipment frequently, maintain and repair production machine if necessary; coordinate the maintenance of every shift.

巡查生产设备运行状态，在生产相关设备出现故障时进行维护修理, 协调各倒班班组的维修情况。
？ Organize and develop the preventive maintenance plan monthly and yearly and follow it up, ensure that production is performed smoothly and productivity is boosted gradually and production scrap is decreased remarkably.
组织制定并落实年度、月度生产相关设备的预防性维修计划, 确保生产顺利进行、产量稳步提高、生产废品显著下降。
？ Collect and analyze equipment operating and downtime data, predict the potential issues and take preventive corrective actions timely.
收集和分析设备的运行和停机数据，预测潜在的问题，及时采取预防和纠正措施。
？ Lead production equipments upgrading and improvement based on the thorough and systematic analysis, in order to increase the utilization and reliability.

？ Set up and maintain the archive of production equipment.

？ Draft and upgrade the relative document of operation, maintenance of production equipment.

？ Train the operators on equipment maintenance and relative knowledge of equipment.

对操作工进行设备维护和设备相关知识的培训。
？ Train and coach operators to keep production equipments cleaning; make sure to meets related GMP requirements.
培训指导操作人员保持生产设备的清洁, 确保其卫生状况符合相关GMP规范。
？ Coordinate the project of production equipment improvement or upgrade, ensure that the time, quality and cost of the project is reasonable and acceptable.

对生产设备改进项目进行协调管理，保证项目的时间，质量和成本是合理的，可接受的。
？ Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.

？ Cooperate with EHS engineer and ensure Production Equipments meet basic EHS requirements, assist in investigations of incident and near miss, discover the root cause and implement preventive actions and document follow-up activities.

与EHS工程师合作确保生产设备基本符合EHS要求，协助事故的调查，发现根本原因，采取预防性措施并文件追踪。Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.
接受相应的EHS 培训,报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行 为。
？ Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.
