主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
? Running Production area（生产区域的运行）：
o To learn and take part in the set up & adjustment of new machines and down streams, be responsible for the process improvement
学习并参与参与新设备的安装调试, 负责生产工艺的持续提高。
o To adjust the machine and ensure the quality, quantity and delivery are met according to customer’s demands and ISO standard
调节设备，保证产品质量和数量满足客户和ISO标准。
o Supervising on inspection of the product quality and carries out the proper action if issue happen.
负责产品质量的在线监控，并及时采取措施改进。
o Recording the production daily report according to the actual production status and downtime, implement day to day PM to the machines
根据实际的生产情况和停机时间记录生产日报, 执行设备的日常维护。
o To keep a good 5S in working area accordingly
保持工作区域的5S
o To analyze and trouble shooting, make sure that production is going smoothly.
影响生产的各种问题的分析和有效解决。

o To manage customer complaint process
o 管理客户抱怨的处理
o To ensure compliance with ISO system and customer requirements
o 确保满足ISO体系和客户的审核要求
o To control and report all nonconformance products per documented procedures
o 控制和报告所有不合格的产品
o To ensure completion of all the tests requested by customer.
o 确保执行客户所有的测试要求
o To maintain the schedules and calibrations of the testing equipment
负责仪器校验的安排和维护
o Be responsible for the rework process
负责返工流程

? Others（其它）
o To participate in the tasks assigned by production shift leader
配合完成生产当班主管指派的其他任务

资格要求（Qualifications）：
? Min High School Diploma，university graduate or equivalent is a plus
最低高中学历，最好是大学或相当学历。
? Technical engineering background
技术工程背景
? Relative experience required, preferably in the plastics industry,
要求相关经验，最好塑料行业经历
? Good process knowledge
熟悉工艺工程
? Experience in set up / adjustment of production line
有生产线安装和调试经验

资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
? Proficient in computer literate
熟悉计算机操作
? Good hands-on capability and troubleshooting capability
较强的动手能力, 善于故障分析和判断
? Be able to communicate in English (verbal, writing, reading)
能够用英语交流（读、写、说）
? Able to work under pressure and overtime
能够在压力下工作及加班
? Leadership skills and strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
具有一定的领导技能，较强的人际管理和协调能力。
