Purposes:
"Efficient configuration of the process sequence in serial production"
Customer
Representing the company towards customers and suppliers
Company
Participating in and/or carrying out WPS ( Production
System ) workshops.
Carrying out economic efficiency assessments with respect to the serial production
Personnel:
n/a
Process/System
Preparing and maintaining the serial production documentation;
Preparing and maintaining the serial layout following WPS;
Coordinating the external project and series revision management;
Planning, specification and procurement of operating material and, if necessary, modification of existing
operating material;
Preparing recalculations to determine possible saving potentials in production in close cooperation with CO and
the production area;
Supporting the production areas in order to reach the intendet department goals;
Production process optimizing.
Project
Maintaining calculations in the project and serial phase;
Responsibility for reaching the established project targets;
Launching new products for serial production.
Requirements:
Plastics engineer with auxiliary master, technical or technical college engineer degree and commercial
training/experience (applicants starting their professional career also accepted) or comparable professional
experience;
Analytic and entrepreneurial thinking;
Initiative, creativity and ability to work in a team;
Data processing knowledge (MS-Office, internet, SAP/R3, AutoCad);
Fair mastering of the English language;
Knowledge in lean production (SMED, 6S, Muda, Kanban, etc.)
