College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics or related;
Minimum 3 years experience and above in planning/order handling/customer service position
Experienced analyzing planning/forecast information
Fluent in English (oral and writing), SAP skill preferred.
Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving ability
Able to communicate openly at all related level of the organization
Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.

1. Hygiene /Spare parts /Project orders handling :
1) Create/Maintain sales order related MM data entries
2) Sales order Data entry and Sales+ configuration management and upload
3) Sales order confirmation to customers (Hygiene orders) or sales (Spare parts/Project orders) after clarification with the planning department
4) Co-ordinate and put up alarm if any exceptional MRP running problem
5) Follow missing parts status and conduct measures to improve deliveries schedules
6) Arrange hard reservation if necessary
7) Create delivery note, co-ordinate for shipping arrangements and inform customers and the sales team
8) Inform finance to issue invoices with some value deviation highlighted and offset down payments
9) Post VAT invoices to customers if applicable
10) Contact customers to provide requested information and send required documents to the defined parties
11) Follow & co-ordinate for the payment problems from customer if any
12) Manage consignment inventory
13) Work out regular forecasts with the sales department and communicate the requirements to the planning team
2. Customer Complain handling.
1) Hear voices from customers and co-ordinate internally our improvement actions with other departments
2) Co-ordinate for the onsite missing/tracking issues etc.
