Business Unit:Finance China
Reports To:CFO, China/Managing Director, West China
SUMMARY
-As the regional finance manager in the West region, act as the first point of contact for RMDs to manage all financial related matters in the region.
-Work with the central finance team (finance operation) to ensure finance operational support is sufficient for the West region.
-Provide analysis to RMD re financial performance appraisal, forecast, and business planning for the West region
-Support RMD to ensure cost is controlled within budget.
-Ensure compliance requirement, business governance and financial control is properly implemented, e.g. staff claim policy, contract management, company seal usage, document retention, etc.
-Provide other ad-hoc support to either CFO or RMD in the region.

Administration
1.To maintain all required business and operational licenses, ensuring compliance with local legislation;
2.To manage company business contract, supplier contract with corporate guideline;
3.To execute company seal management policy;
4.To supervise admin staff of Western region, and maintain office day to day operation;
5.To compare, select and review suppliers to Western region, arrange and negotiate supplier contracts ensuring optimum service at best prices and within budget and corporate guidelines;
6.To lead or coordination office projects, e.g. office relocation;

REQUIREMENTS
-5-8 years of finance experience, especially in controlling and FP/A related role.
-Good commercial sense, and ability to drive changes.
-Solid experience to manage external stakeholders, e.g. tax, local government etc.
-Good communication skills with fluency in English & Mandarin.
