QUALIFICATIONS/ 任职资格

1. College or above, major in mechanical engineering or mould manufacturing
2. At least 2 years ‘working experience of production supervisor
3. Above two years’ work experience in machining or metal forming industry, forging is preferred.
4. Master lean production concept and lean tools using experience
5. Grasp speaking English skill ,can communication with foreign colleague in English smoothly
6. Be familiar with MS office
7. Open mind ,honesty and team work

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/ 主要职责

1. Finish production data collection and provide production report for production manager on time
2. Work closed with planner ,Daily focus production plan complete status
3. Organize morning meeting with production team, review workshop’s Safety/Quality/Productivity
4. Daily balance production manning plan according to production plan’ requirement, control operator’s OT and Leave.
5. Attend and build TPM system , operation SOP ,EHS and 5S management rule
6. Use Lean tools to continue improvement in production, hold improvement activity to rise up OEE
7. Daily and weekly audit workshop’s 5S and EHS, measuring PM for operator.
8. Good communication with other department, accomplish company’s task together.
9. Three Shift working requirement (Day/Middle/Night).
10. 100% accomplish other some task from production manager
11. Build up positive and honesty ‘s team work atmosphere for production team
