职位描述
Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
1.Develop potential accounts and maintain old accounts, improve accounts’ satisfaction and keep the strategic partnership with them.
开发潜在客户及维护老客户,提高客户满意度并与他们保持战略合作伙伴的关系。
2.To meet the sales target, with the guideline of Commercial Manager, execute KA’ investigation, propose KA strategy. Implement the company’s KA sales policy, pursue sales leads, and promote product portfolio sales, concluded orders and collect money.
为了达到销售目标,在商务经理指导下,进行大客户调研、提交大客户规划策略。执行公司大客户销售政策,追踪销售线索、扩展产品线销售、签订销售订单及回款。
3.Cooperate with distributor to acquire their support in KA projects, plan and execute local seminars and promotion activities and coordinate for field service.
与代理商协调以取得他们在大客户项目上面的支持,策划并执行当地的研讨会及促销活动,并在现场服务方面提供协作。
4.Provide and update timely KAs’ profile and assist to KA database set-up.
提供并及时更新大客户资料,协助大客户数据库的建立。
5.With the guideline of Commercial Manager, plan the distributors’ development, and optimize distributors’ network. Coordinate the relationship between distributor and promoter and balance the interests of both sides.
在商务经理指导下,制定代理商发展计划,并优化代理商网络。协调代理商及公司的关系,平衡双方利益。
6.Deliver company’s latest policy and information to distributors, audit their activities according to company’s relative reqirements to maintain the fair and open market enviorement.
向代理商传递公司最新政策及信息,为维护公平公开的市场环境,监督他们的行为符合公司的相关要求。
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: College diploma and above degree, majored in Vet. Or Animal Science. At least 1-2 years working experience in Veterinary Clinics.
教育/经验:专科以上学历,兽医或动物科学相关专业,至少1-2年宠物诊所工作经验。
Specific knowledge&skills: transformable and able to master good product knowledge and good skill in sales, KA manaement and distributor management
专业知识:可塑性强,可迅速掌握良好的产品知识及良好的销售技巧、大客户管理技巧及代理商管理技巧
Good skill in communication, conflict management, interpersonel relationship and problem solving.
良好的沟通能力、冲突管理能力、人际关系处理能力及解决问题的能力。
