Primary Role:
Confers with RTC China,NPD,and other engineering personnel to clarify or resolve problems, perpare design modifications and develops design.

Responsibilities:
1.Performs difficult engineering calculations related to specific design or analytical projects.
2.Provides technical guidance to other engineers suggesting product designs using new design tools and procedures.
3.Directs technicians in performing work for his assignments.
4.Develops accurate and complete documentation of data and project results in a timely manner. Writes reports which draw appropriate conclusions from project results.
5.Recommends purchase of material and equipment after thorough analysis of available sources.
6.Assists supervisor in the compilations of action plans for new projects.
7.Works with personnel in other departments and other disciplines to complete project assignments.
8.Perform training and/or mentoring for professional development of other Engineers.
9.Responsible for generation and delivery of customer presentations.
10.Maintains and expands on current knowledge of industry trends and new technologies.
11.Knowledgeable of competitive products and competitor patents.
12.Basic understanding of budgeting process.
13.All other duties as assigned


Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in oilfield / drilling/ petroleum is worth consideration. Experience with Downhole tools will be advantageous
2.Experience managing school projects is acceptable.
3.If there is prior leadership in school projects/ curriculum, will be an advantage.
4.Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin is necessary, due to trainings will be mainly conducted in English, shop support and handling with local customers will require Mandarin
