1.University degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, automation, or equivalent 大专以上学历，电气、自动化及相关专业·

2.Minimum five years of work experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry.五年以上相关工作经验，三年主管工作经验。

3.Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.在计算机控制系统，液压及气动系统方便有丰富维修经验。

4.Good hands-on trouble shooting and analytical 较强的问题解决能力与分析能力

5.Leadership and organization capabilities 较好的领导能力。

6.Good English in verbal, writing and reading.良好的英语听说读写能力。


职位描述：
1.Provide services and maintainance of machines on site现场生产设备维修维护。

2.Ensure a sound spare part warehouse管理备件仓库。

3.Manage contractors on site管理外来承包人员

4.Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures, ensure EHS is followed up确保所有员工理解和遵循公司的规章政策及EHS制度。

5.Lead the Team带领团队

In 2007, the 100th factory of ALPLA, ALPLA Tianjin in China produced the first batch of plastic bottles for its customer in China. And there are 4 factories in mainland of China by now. As the flagship plant in China, more than 200 employees in ALPLA TIANJIN do an excellent job on its manufacturing, running, and finance achievement. In 2011, Phase III construction in Tianjin will be finished to manufacture.
