Accounts Payable Accountant
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
A. Receiving and processing the purchase orders (POs) in the timely manner.
B. Process payment for vendors and reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure the payments accuracy.
C. Review vendor weekly price for reconciliation, adjustment, and correcting errors.
D. Periodically, receives data and/or documents from asset coordination and material planning required to ensure the accuracy of the accounting records.
E. Review the accuracy and completeness of invoices received from vendors.
F. Prepare complex accounting entries such as those to collection and distribution accounts.
G. Review accounting records as debit/credit memos, vouchers
H. Maintaining the documentation necessary for auditing purposes.
I. Advises supervisor and/or appropriate operating personnel of problems or unusual situations and provides recommendations for corrective action.
J. Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
B. Five (5) years diversified experience in corporate financial accounting, tax accounting, cost accounting, treasury and banking in chemical industry.
C. Must be able to communicate and comprehend English accurately, clearly and concisely at a level required to perform the job as outlined.
D. Must be thoroughly familiar with PRC tax law, accounting policies, procedures and normal practices, as well as their background and intent of application; corporate finance; contracts; and SAP accounting system.
E. Ability to quickly gain knowledge of company's organization, policies and operations of accounting system. Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette.
Accounts Receivable Accountant

B. Follow up, collection and allocation of payments.
C. Carry out billing/invoice, collection and reporting activities according to the policy and procedures.
D. Reconciliation of accounts.
E. Monitoring sales order list for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
F. Maintain accounts receivable customer master data.
G. Process adjustment and rebate.
H. Prepare complex accounting entries such as those to collection and distribution accounts.
