Job Description:
Reports directly to Creative Marketing and Art Director.
-Plan and Produce 2 Catalogue and 2 lookbook shoots per year.
-Responsible for updating company e-commerce website.
-Assist Retail Operations Dept. with style and branding of all external communication to customers.
-Responsible for arranging the entire cloths and props required in the photo shoot.
-Effectively communicate contracts with the all freelance staff.
-Keep an eye on every emerging styles and fashion with the latest trends.
Requirements:
-Relocation to China a MUST. With travel to Canada, France, USA and South America.
-Must have the ability to work for long hours and within the given deadlines as well.
-Must have experience with retail catalogues from shoot, design -shot selection, layout, touch up and colour correction and to printing.
-Must have interest in the shopping and follow the latest trends and also predict future trends.
-Excellent communicator and creative skills with both verbal and written.
-Excellent presentation skills.
Education and Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Fine Arts, or equivalent degree in commercial arts or related field; or equivalent experience.
-5-8 years of experience in marketing/retail environment
-A visual portfolio demonstrating creative talent, refined sense of typography, use of images with overall simplicity and powerful sense of communication, especially for the fashion industry
-Leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate a creative team.
-Proven ability to work with multiple projects and brands to interpret the direction and strategy into a visual plan in order to achieve targeted revenue goals.
-Extensive knowledge of web production and design software including Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks, Photoshop, Imageready.
