工作内容：
- 主要负责销售部销售人员的前期招聘工作；
- 根据招聘职位要求，主动搜寻目标候选人；
- 与候选人进行电话沟通，确认基本信息及求职意向；
- 统计并根据用人主管需求，与意向人选约定面试时间；
- 与用人主管保持良好的沟通，确保招聘工作的顺利开展。

任职要求：
- 大专以上学历；
- 1年以上招聘相关工作经验；
- 工作积极、主动，具有亲和力；
- 良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作意识强；
- Office办公软件操作熟练。
