职位描述
PURPOSE (summarize in 2 – 3 sentences the overall mission of the job)
Organization chart must be attached if job has direct management responsibility.
Update document information into company’s system, stick to company’s and individual KPI.
Communicate with counterparts for enquiry and clarification.
OBJECTIVES (main duties and responsibilities)
1.Data input into company’s systems according to updated SOPs;
2.Ensure data accuracy and productivity level with agreed KPI are delivered;
3.Reply all correspondences sent by counterparts timely;
3.Send enquiry or clarification to counterparts when necessary;
4.Finish all tasks within agreed timelines;
5.File or submit jobs after finishing in DC Client;
6.Handling urgent case in priority;
7.Follow amendments sent by shippers or operations;
8.Adhere to company’s discipline and policy;
9.A good team player with good cooperation in or outside the team;
10.Report to superior for abnormal case or seeking support and assistance;
11.Any additional task assigned by management.
PROBLEM SOLVING (describe typical problems that this job is required to solve)
1.Be able to set reasonable time frame for task completion
2.Be able to find out the root cause of a mistake with immediate improvement
3.Be able to communicate with counterparts clearly for problems or issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS (focus on position, not person)
1.EDUCATION:College or above
2.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Basic Microsoft Excel(must)
3.LANGUAGES:English Reading & Writing – CET4
4.BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:Managing Performance,Analysis & Judgment,Customer Orientation,Teamwork,Leadership,Commercial Acumen
