? HR Strategies
? Work closely with Operations, supporting the implementation of business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses.
? Proactively build strong relationship with stakeholders like Operations, employees, labor union, local government department etc. to understand their needs, requirements and challenges.
? Provide HR consulting services and solutions to support targeted business goals.
? Organization diagnosis / Change consulting
? Diagnosis organization’s culture, and structural & operational strengths and weaknesses,
? Design appropriate change interventions to improve organization effectiveness
? Staffing Analysis and reporting:
? Diagnosis immediate and long-term staffing needs,
? Execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with business needs
? Planning & Monitoring
? Personnel cost planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses.
? Compliance: ensure adherence to relevant labor law, EICC requirement, SOX requirement, corporate & regional policies etc.
? Recruiting
? Ensure vacancies are filled in within committed lead time
? Selection effectiveness management
? Employee Relationship
? Employee engagement
? Employee retention
? Handle employee discipline and reward
? Handle employee communication and grievance
