JOB DIMENSIONS
Supervision for the accomplishment of well services operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimizing costs and lead times:
1) Number of people on operational zone, 20 to 60
2) Supervised contracts of 76 KUS$ per day

ACTIVITIES
1) Supervise the implementation of operation programs
2) Control the activity of contractors
3) Optimize operations in relation with WLS Superintendent
4) Optimize servicing equipment in relation with contractors
5) Analyze the instantaneous data
6) Ensure the reliability of technical information
7) Ensure daily and final reporting of operations
8) Conduct costs follow-up
9) Ensure the respect of safety rules, of the environment and of the frame of reference
10) Contribute to the improvement of skills and the know-how

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
On site in Inner Mongolia with eventually rough climate conditions (winter).
Coverage of operations on industrial mode, on clusters, disseminated on a wide field.
On a cluster , several operations are carried out simultaneously. These operations could be broken down as follow:
1) Cased hole logging & perforations
2) Fracturing
3) Coiled Tubing
4) Well Test
5) Slick line
Activity on the field is carried out on 24h mode basis.



ACCOUNTABILITY
1) Guarantee the accomplishment of the well service operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimizing costs and lead times
2) Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services
3) Contribute to the return on Exploration & Production investments, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree in Petroleum/Engineering background
2) Fluent both orally and written

Experience
3~5 years oil field practice
