主要工作内容:
The AMS Service Manager will manage the relationship between a specific business segment and I/T Application Support to drive Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and Support Objectives.
This position is instrumental to the perception of value for Dell IT App Support, as the incumbent will act as the single point of contact for support and business stakeholders for Support Delivery execution. Proactive customer support is required in this role.
• Responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining Support processes and tools in response to customer needs and or process improvement.
• Organize cross functional work teams, apply professional project mgmt skills and provide team leadership to obtain customer goals and objectives.
• Responsible for demonstrating the value of the Support Organization to the segment and be a IT Support champion.
• Serves as a neutral advocate for both business and I/T focusing on resolving issues, escalating services needs, and prioritization of needs
• Exercises judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Presents and explains support deliverables to internal and external customers at various levels to include customer executives.
• Erroneous decisions will result in delay of team operations and may jeopardize overall business customer experience.
• Position requires high availability to address customer issues and escalations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to analyze and critique business cases and demonstrate leadership skills and negotiation skills.
• Organizational and prioritization skills a must
• Manages cross functional relationships.
• Possess the ability to Influence peers, build a team, and develop direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
