Responsibilities:
负责IT配件尤其是显示器在区域渠道的销售
完成负责区域的销售目标
领导区域销售团队扩大DELL市场份额和提升品牌
建立并维护良好的客户关系
管理客户，遵守公司销售流程
管理城市经理及促销员
关注市场，并应对变化迅速采取行动

Qualifications:
- More than 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Familiar with IT product Channel sales.
- Good communication and negotiation ability with functional team, Intel, MS BDM and SI.
- Result-driven & Models effective team behavior.
