Main Goals

- Proactive involvement with the key account enhance the communication with them in order to meet their requirement.

- Make the quotation for clients.

Main responsibilities

- Regular update quotation, KPI, service reports and other requested filing.

- Trouble shooting when there is service deviation.

- Regular service review and SOP to cater customer needs in term of operational flow.

- Tracing daily shipping flow to coordinate with oversea, operation and clients for better communication and service.

- Buying and selling management and proper data management in the system.

- Coordinate with network to have close follow-up on the customer feedback and solution.

- Build customer loyalty in assigned.

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree or above.

- Minimum 3 years of CS experience in logistics or trading company.

- Good English.

- Possess good communication skills and influence skill
