Responsibilities:
As an LCM Software Developer you will isolate and correct customer reported defects in products. Superior debugging and problem solving skills are required. The fixes that you devise will be released to customers in the form of patches and service packs. The fixes will also be integrated into our future products. You will also be responsible for minor product enhancements typically with a development cycle of thirty days or less.

Create and maintain software for the XenApp/XenDesktop suite of products. May be involved in some or all phases of the software development and release cycle. These phases include research, conceptual planning, design, scheduling, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging, status reporting. Maintain a focus on customer requirements and project objectives while mitigating project and product risk. Responsible for mentoring junior engineers and leading team initiatives. Must be self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment with limited supervision.

Qualifications:
? Industry – software development experience. Prior experience with shrink-wrap commercial software development required.

? Technologies -
o System level programming, Windows, Unix, or Linux, iOS/Mac, or Android
o Object oriented software design
o Multi-threaded design and development

? Platforms/Operating Systems –Understanding of operating system concepts and networking protocols. Knowledge and experience of operating system internals desirable.

? Languages - Strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills

? Technical Skills:
o Development - Strong C/C++ or Objective C or Java. Developer is expected to thoroughly understand the programming language and be able to review new and old code for errors, security hazards, performance implications, and maintainability.
o Design– Experience with object oriented software design. Expected to exercise sound technical judgment and minimize risk.
o Debugging– Strong debugging and problem solving skills. Knowledge and experience using WinDbg/Xcodedesirable.
o Documentation – Must be able clearly and concisely define technical issues.

Additional Skills:
? Experience with client/server system designs
? Experience in Web application technologies such as SOAP, XML, ASP/JSP
? Microsoft Windows programming technologies such as Win32, COM/DCOM, .NET
? Experience with the Windows kernel programming environment
? Experience with internationalized software products preferred
? Experience with security-related software development
