Responsibilitise 职责：
- Organize and schedule installation jobs to ensure installation hand over OTD；
组织/计划/协调安装工作，确保按时交付客户；
- Understanding installation contracts；
理解安装合同，掌握施工的要点；
- Know Customer’s requirement through Customer (job site) visits before installation;
通过安装前的工地访问，了解客户的真正需求；
Down payment / payment planning/Follow up；
跟踪安装预付款/付款计划/付款跟踪（开工后仍有设备款，一并跟踪）；
- Assisting on Installation Starting Permission;
协助客户办理开工许可证；
- Check the status of construction & follow up the corrected result;
跟踪土建进展和整改；
- Guide /coach /inspect fitter’s behaviors according to installation technical process;
监督/指导/检查安装工的操作符合迅达中国技术要求；

Requirements 要求：
- Be familiar with PC skills;
熟练的电脑操作技能；
- Be careful, responsible and team work;
认真,仔细,有责任心,团队意识；
- Good communication and coordination ability;
具备良好的沟通和协调能力；
- Be familiar with E&E trade and have knowledge in E&E;
熟悉电梯行业，对电梯知识有一定的了解；
- Be mature and work carefully;
成熟稳重，工作认真细心；
- Good learning ability and positive;
良好的学习能力以及开拓进取的精神
- Associate degree or above，machanical engineering/electrical Engineering major preferred;
大专以上学历，机械/电气专业优先
