Department: Lubricants & Specialties 润滑油部

Job Responsibility:
After initial on boarding program, successful candidates will usually be assigned to a manufacturing role, such as Production Supervisor, Maintenance & Repair Engineer or Operations Analyst, in the Lubes Oil Blending Plant. Typical activities for a Production Supervisor include:

- Manage the production team, mainly comprised of (RZ: workers from third party service providers) and technicians

- Assist production manager to fulfill the tasks of lubes oil blending and filling flawlessly

- Implement company's management system at shop floor level

- Lead the team to comply with company policy and meet all requirements in safety, controls, and quality

- Take initiatives to pursue the continuous improvement of productivity.

Requirement:

- Bachelor or Master degree holders in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering

- Fluent in both written and oral English

- Able to work independently and as a team player

- Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed
