Report to Product Quality Assurance Manager

Job description

 Flawlessly execution of safety standard, OIMS requirement in order to achieve No Body Gets Hurt

 Analyzes products, base oils and additives according to specifications.

 Coordinates and oversees daily quality control activities, including:

o Ensures proper operation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and standardization of reagents.

o Conducts SQC checks according to schedule to establish confidence in equipment's performance and test methods including preparation of SQC charts, analyzing of data and responding to any condition identified by the SQC process.

 Maintains and updates test methods used in the laboratory.

 Conducts reblend investigation, troubleshoots plant-related issues.

 Sets up new test equipment, develops new procedures and provides relevant training to laboratory technicians.

 Responsible for maintaining and updating formulations to ensure that the product meets the specification.

 Support FES/Sales/S&D to handle customer complaints investigation and recertification

 Updates/adds new product/test requirements information in QA LIMS

 Maintains good housekeeping practices and 5S in work area.

 Responsible for MSDS review and communication to plant personnel

Requirement of candidates

 Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Science (Prefer) or Chemical Engineering.

 2+ Years working experience. Relevant working experience in the laboratory is preferred

 Fluent in oral and written English

 Good interpersonal skills

 Responsible, positive working attitude, team work spirit, and ready to work under pressure
