Key Tasks:

1.Lead developing project related in Silicone recipe, Silicone coating process and product application of Silicone and release.

2.Lead developing project related in liner and the application of liner.

3.Support production troubleshooting and quality continuous improvement related in silicone and liner by technical developing , coordinating with supplier and process development.

4.Support business or product development project by Silicone or liner developing, application developing and technical training.

Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in chemical or polymer technology
2. at least 3 years related working experience
3. good developing project handling experience
4. good lab work experience
5. preferably some knowledge in PSA , paper or filmic manufacturing converting
6. good balance between scientific skills and a practical approach
7. good logical sense and communication skill
8. capable of systematic project work in cross-function organization
9. good knowledge of English language: spoken and written
10. Fluent in Chinese: spoken and written.

Safety Requirements：
1. Strictly implement the UPM safety rules and standards.
2. Participate in shift safety meeting monthly, to share their safety knowledge and experience.
3. Timely reporting of all accidents, near miss, and dangerous activities, actively giving reasonable proposals. 4. Actively participate in safety training, understand safety operating procedures and requirements.
5. Keep and maintain own area good 5s.
6. Have the awareness of handling of Lab equipment & chemicals.
