职位描述
Responsibilty:
1. Develop annual marketing strategy and plan in align with national marketing strategy & plan to achieve annual market business goals
2. Lead the development of localized Store Brief by promotion with supplementary activities
3. Manage marketing plan execution including engaging local team to execute promotion and supplementary activities, managing localized production of certain POP, conducting store visit with execution report, recap of launch, following up with improvement, weekly reports on results of promotion, etc.
4. Maximize success of the system plan by ensuring market management team’s understanding and by providing continuous input and feedback to national marketing team
5. Lead market marketing team to support national marketing policies, procedures, and tools optimization
6. Take measures such as training and auditing to ensure national policies and rocedures are well communicated, understood and executed in local market
7. Ensure the proper use of the company trademarks, logos, producer’s licenses, and makes sure all advertising materials have legal and creative approval
8. Lead the process for development and execution of local creative (TV, radio, outdoor, print, and restaurant merchandising, etc.) in accordance with national creative standards
9. Develop relationships with strategic business partners (outside suppliers, RMHC, Distribution Centers, etc.)
10. Support PR in managing local media relations and crisis management
11. Select, develop and coach, motivate marketing staff to create an effective local Marketing team and to develop them for future opportunities within the system
12 .Build strong relationships and foster teamwork among Group, market functions, Agencies, Suppliers and Staff to achieve maximum performance
13. Interpret and evaluate information related to sales, P&L,promotional evaluation, competition, general economic trends, and qualitative/ quantitative research
14. Offer advise and counsel to ensure that company, restaurant, and Co-Op financial resources are used effectively
Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree required in business or marketing-related;
2.Minimum 10 years of international FMCG retail background;
3 Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies ;
4 Proven experience in customer and market research and analysis;
5 Relevant product and industry knowledge;
6 Experience with Microsoft office software;
7.Excellent communication skills - written and spoken Englishand presentation.
