职位描述
JOB DIMENSIONS：
1.Assist to Product Group Manager of Acrylics (Located at Guangzhou) with 100% time share.
ACTIVITIES：
1. Order processing: input the orders in SCALA system, chase customer’s payment, coordinate with trucking company and tank farm to arrange product delivery to customers, follow-up the V.A.T. invoice.
2. Coordinate with logistic team for bulk shipment to South China from East China.
3. Manage the inventory at shore tank in South China, update the inventory report weekly.
4. Prepare a monthly sales report with detailed figure to sales force.
5. Assist the sales force to prepare the monthly sales forecast.
6. Arrange accommodation and flight-tickets according to the business schedule of the sales force.
7. Any others assigned by the sales force.
ACCOUNTABILITIES：
? This position need to assist the sales force to achieve sales budget. The job holder is requested to independently deal with the problem. Moreover, intercommunion and feedback important information to sales force are quite important.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED：
1. Skillful in local business in RMB payment.i.e. bank acceptance, local L/C…
2. Familiar with foreign trade & custom clearance procedure.
3. To be able to solve problem independently.
4. Adept in office software operation to dealing with the daily tasks.
5. Possess good interpersonal skill and team coordination.
6. Strong communication ability with internal & external customers.
7. Fluent English in writing, speaking & reading.
