职位描述
Education Background:
? Mechanical, electrical or automation education background with bachelor degree or above.
Working Experience:
? At least 5 years experience in sales position.
Essential Duties:
? Direct sales to the accounts in designated territory / applications assigned to achieve sales target.
? Responsible for key account management and new customer development.
? Plans and prepares sales promotions and presentations.
? Generates sales and marketing reports and forecasts to assist management in business planning.
? Participates in contract negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery.
? Demonstrates products and application solutions to customers and prospects.
? Defines technical specifications for product solutions to address specific customer applications.
? Participates in lab demonstrations at the customer site.
? Maintains and develops long term customer relations including chemistry, machine integrators.
? Seeks market intelligence, summarizes and executes competition strategy, leads to beat the competition.
? Participates in suitable conference/product training.
? Works with other team members to achieve the set sales target of total China
Minimum Qualifications:
? Good oral and written communications skills.
? Good sales skills
? Demonstrated skills and experience in lab management and safety.
? Passion for growth and good business sense
? Proven leadership ability and motivate team to a common job.
? Superior customer oriented exceptional oral/written communication skills
