工作地点：广东省深圳市光明新区

主要职责：

概述：在工厂内全面推行质量管理体系，实施过程控制，确保产品合格，达到客户要求，关注质量成本，合理控制成本。

1. 全面管理部门日常工作事务，包括人员工作安排、定期绩效考核等；

2. 负责全面实施和推行质量管理体系，并对其它部门提供必要的指导和协助；

3. 建立并实施本部门相关的管理制度，包括过程控制、产品监视和测量、不合格品控制、监视和测量装置监控、产品可追溯性控制、内审管理制度等；

4. 负责原、辅材料验收标准的建立，以及验收过程的管理；

5. 配合采购对不合格原、辅材料的处理；

6. 负责过程控制WI及相关过程控制表格的建立，及验收标准的制定；

7. 负责生产过程控制，发现不符合项及时提出纠改要求；

8. 负责客户投诉的处理，主导分析品质事故原因；

9. 负责检测设备、仪器的管理，包括申购、标识、定期维护保养和校验等；

10. 负责建立原材、过程控制质量周报，对部门关键控制指标，包括原材批合格率、过程控制一次合格率、返工、报废、降级、客户投诉、客户退货率等持续进行数据收集、统计和分析，识别纠改机会，达到持续改进；负责工厂各部门质量目标的统一收集、统计和分析，每月通报管理者代表；

11. 协同生产、维保等相关部门，对主要质量缺陷进行重点分析和改进；

12. 关注质量成本，协同相关部门（生产、维保、仓库、运输等）持续优化过程控制；

13. 负责原材、过程控制相关培训资料的制定，并根据实际控制，持续更新；

14. 制定本部门培训计划，配合人力资源部做好工厂品质、ISO体系方面的培训，负责本部门人员的培训，包括培训计划制定及执行追踪，对本部门人员工作进行指导，提高其业务水平，确保部门员工经培训合格方可上岗；

15. 参与并跟踪客户样品制作；主导各项试验项目的实施，确保在规定时期内完成；

16. 协同采购，参与供应商的定期考察和评估，包括新供应商的开发；

17. 参与新项目质量方面的相关控制；

18. 定期组织内、外部审核；

19. 负责与商检的联络和沟通，负责商检部门组织的产品检验工作；负责申报及定期更新UN及季度认证，并根据客户要求，落实日常报检任务；

20. 关注成本控制，负责制定本部门年度预算，定期回顾并严格执行；

21. 团队组建，负责本部门人员的招聘需求申请和选拔，组建高效团队；

22. 完成上级下达的其它各项工作任务。

任职要求：

l 大专或以上学历，管理或相关专业，持ISO内审员证书。

l 在品质方面具备较强的管理能力，拥有大型企业品质主管5年以上工作经验。

l 接受过质量系统性培训、ERP系统培训。

l 熟悉国家行业标准及检验方法。

l 工作认真细致，原则性强，有良好的沟通协调能力。

l 熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，有较好的英文听写能力。
