Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for leading a team that owns both quoting & part-level actuals cost models and to achieve two main goals related to cost modeling:
o Implementation of an accurate, efficient, & structured cost model & modeling process
o Generating profitability for Multek through cost modeling – supporting strategic plans, internal & external cost benchmarking, managing part-level & customer-level portfolio profitability
? Reconciling differences in the actuals P&L
? Identifying & implementing improvements to cost modeling including improving input measurements, validating all model inputs, and enhancing model logic
? Develop Quote to Actual analysis process and integrate into critical business processes
? Collaborate with plant managers to identify opportunities to improve cost modeling & share insights with plant managers on opportunities to improve costs
? Collaborate with finance on reconciling cost model to the actuals P&L
? Collaborate with head of Strategy to support strategy related costing topics
? Managing key stakeholders in organization including senior executives
? Setting direction of cost modeling group including priority projects and resourcing
? Build and manage effective & professional team

Experience Required:
? More than 10 years experience in finance and costing roles (e.g., cost accountant, cost manager, controller)
? More than 5 years experience as a manager
? More than 5 years experience in PCB or components
? PCB manufacturing process knowledge desired

Candidate Profile:
1. Must have strong analytical skills
2. Must have strong leadership skills with solid experience at managerial level
3. Must have knowledge of finance & costing related to PCB/FPC
4. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (both Mandarin & English) and able to communicate effectively with all levels and presenting complicated ideas to disparate groups
5. Should have experience in project management
6. Should have good working knowledge on variable & fixed costs and their implications for business decisions
7. Positive, self-motivated, able to handle multi-task, and attentive to details
8. Good interpersonal skills
9. Must demonstrates advanced functional and technical as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
