职位描述
In charge of sales and marketing activities in the South of China(Guangdong, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Xizang, Hainan), including raw materials and machine sales.
1. Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Continue to maintain effective and successful relationships with existing clients, to
promote Baule products to existing clients and to ensure that their needs are met
through excellent customer service, feedback and regular visits.
2. Develop new business and expand client base
- To promote Baule products to new clients, to prioritize key clients in order to achieve
maximum sales results and to develop effective and ongoing relationships.
3. Interaction with Asia/Pacific
- To work as part of a team within the Baule APAC organization and to stay in regular
contact with his supervisor in order to be informed of current events, highlights and
issues that may impact on the local market.
- To work with Baule APAC organization team to identify systems and processes in order
to be more responsive to global changes and to tailor those systems and processes to
be aligned and to achieve the best outcomes from the local market.
4. Budget and operating costs
- To ensure that budget is on target within the timeframes required, that systems are in
place to monitor progress on a regular basis and to put in place contingency plans
where necessary to ensure that overall total budget is achieved at the end of each
financial year.
5. Reporting
- To supply timely and effective reports on market information to his superior on a regular
basis and to make recommendations where appropriate.
6. Sales
- To work in consultation with sales managers in the Asia Pacific region in relation to
sales policy and strategies.
- To ensure that sales targets are achieved, stock levels are appropriate and that
customer expectation is met or exceeded.
- To set and monitor selling prices through consultation and collaboration with his
superior and through the use of local market data in order to position products within
the market.
- To make recommendations, highlighting key trends and changes in the market
that may present opportunities or hinder business growth.
7. Information management
- Ensure that monthly forecasts are communicated.
- To manage the information flow to the customer services team in order to ensure the
efficient running of the business in the country.
8. Training and Development
- To undertake ongoing training for self-development as well as to keep up-to-date
products information and business strategies.
- To provide ongoing technical support to customers.
