Job Responsibilities:

• Check status of all trucks daily, e.g. trucks damage, operation status and so on.
• Plan, & arrange to repair when the truck is idle, avoid major problems to the operation
• Oversee driver's ability, attendance, attitudes and ideas with timely communication
• Ensure normal operation of the haulage by proper work arrangements for the haulage team
• Manage the transportation schedule to provide adequate vehicle truck
• Co-ordinate with workshop for the good management of trucks maintenance and repairing
• Communicate with local staff / people in daily basis for haulage operation
• Ac-hoc project as per actual operation needs
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Transportation, Logistic or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year truck fleet management experience
• Good command of verbal and written English, fluent in Mandarin is an asset
• Initiative, self-motivated, a good team leader with excellent communication and supervision skills
• Working experience in West Africa is highly preferred
• Willing to station in West Africa
