Key Responsibilities:
* Adherence to profitability targets established
* Client Retention and Management –
* Ensure audit readiness
* Cascade and implement change management
* Resource Management- Utilization measures
* Risk Management to maintain business continuity
* Issues and escalations resolved in timely manner
* Manage employee retention (Manage attrition within a target range)
* Contribute to Recruitment (measure through participation in screening and interviewing candidates)
* Identify development needs and ensure training fulfillment for the team (to be tracked against the training plan)
Key qualification:
* Excellent communication in English, Japanese and Mandarin.
* 10 years minimum of relevant experience in managing the sizable team and delivery for Life Science BPO projects
* Good knowledge on Pharmaco Vigilance (PV) or Medical.
* Doctor degree in Medical will be a good plus.
