职位描述

Responsibility
- Own and deliver projects/modules leveraging offshore project team
- Interact and work closely with offshore project team
- Understand Business functionality and create induction docs
- Development with Workflow and Rule Engine base BPM tools
- Design, development and implement complex web-based applications in a J2EE
- Experienced with SOA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical problem solving skills are needed
- Experience/understanding of Web Portal, RUP methodology are helpful
- Experience implementing enterprise security models, using third party SSO layer


Team Lead
Requirement:
6-8 years strong software development experience with experience in Architecting IBM BPM workflows
* Demonstrable experience in the areas of process discovery and optimization, requirements management and solution architecture and design (that focused on BPM and SOA)
* Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM solutions
* At least 3 years of hands on experience on the Lombardi BPM Suite working with Teamwork's
* At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Lombardi BPM Suite.


Developer
Requirement:
3-6 years IBM BPM Developer.
Experience in workflow design, form design, requirement analysis. Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (IBM) concepts especially as applied to IBM BPM 7.5 Sound understanding and
hands on experience on business rules, internal/external services and scripts, data mapping, defining variables types, develops UI, error handlings and tracking points.
