职位描述

Responsibility:
Managing a team of 40-50 agents ( with the help of 2-3 Team Leaders)
? Effectively managing daily productivity starting from reporting to work on time, break adherence/aux management in order to be available to work with customers
? Ensuring that team provides resolution to customer’s query (Technical/Non-Technical/Billing) in a timely and efficient manner, providing free diagnostic and pitching for a tech support sale on that call.
? Meet revenue generation & other service delivery goals and provide the best possible experience to our subscribers, ensuring that the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets are met
? Demonstrating intermediate diagnostic and relationship-development skills in addition to helping agents in convincing and making sales in all situations necessary on the call.
? Ensuring that the team maintains the discipline of taking customer details and documenting/tracking every interaction in the Documentation portal for details to be available immediately for the tech teams and also for future references.
? Reporting new process issues that impact customers to the management
? Remaining up to speed on new technologies, new issues and new product offering.

Requirement:
JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Level 1
? 8-10 years of working in a BPO / Call Center environment involving usage of Japanese Language
? At least 4 years in a supervisory role
? Fluency in English will be an added advantage
? Under Graduates or Graduates, both are acceptable
? Candidate needs to be flexible to work in shifts
Good communication Skills.
? Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
