铸造熔炼经理:
Role:
Hands-on leadership of the team to achieve a best practice melt process
Adherence to standardised practices to achieve stable process outcomes
Conformance with dosing, charging and melt composition standard procedures
Definition of all melting related work responsibilities supported by job documentation, competency measurement and the necessary training
Deliver metal temperature and melt quaility assurance with a consistantly high first pass yield
Develop and train the foundry team in best practice inoculation, treatment and transfer processes
Drive improvements to processes including: conversion efficiency, material loss, labour and consumable cost
Requirement on this position:
Over 12 years‘ working experience in foundry, and at least 6 years’l management experience in melting production
Strong production management/control skill on melting area
Strong knowledge on melting furnace equipment/ melting process

Implement procedures for material charging and alloying
Develop best practice procedures for dosing accuracy, melt composition calculation processes and charge make-up
Define all related work responsibilities supported by job documentation, competency measurement and the necessary training
Implement the necessary laboratory test routines, inspection processes and equipment calibration procedures in order to support best practice
