Job Title:

Global Tax Group – Tax Management - Intercompany Contracts Group (ICG) Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

? Responsible for coordinating invoicing, settlement and tax operation issues of all intercompany transactions,

? Responsible for providing and implementing, as appropriate, recommendations for continuous improvement in global processes and controls, including coordination with and supervision of shared service center in Dalian, China

? Responsible for global projects on engagements and operations

Responsibilities:

· Providing training and coordination with Dalian shared service center on ICG tasks

· Providing analyses for engagement reviews and proposing adjustments and recommendations on projects’ set-up

· Maintaining and providing improvements to regular controls and deliverables on monthly, quarterly and yearly bases, such as general ledger reconciliations, tracking overdue balances, handling audit confirmations, preparing financial statement reviews, etc.

· Coordinating with country contacts and other teams within tax groups to resolve issues related to intercompany transactions

· Maintaining archive of all manual invoices, settlement forms, and other supporting documentation

· Researching and providing input on compilation of country analysis reports

· Assisting in ad-hoc requests from the countries

· Maintaining close communication (including night-time calls) with team members in other timezones

· Researching accounting and technical issues and providing support on other ad-hoc tax initiatives and requests

· Occasional travels required

Skills:

? Accounting background with strong analytical skills

? Flexibility and can do attitudes on ad-hoc and non-repetitive tasks and projects

? Able to work independently in analyzing the problems, identifying issues (including initiating fact-finding discussions with information sources), and shaping the solutions

? Sense of responsibility, initiative and high quality work standard

? Very good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

? Fluency in English

? Strong PC skills (including Excel, Word, Team Services and Access, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience:

? Professional accountancy qualification desired , e.g. ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA/CICPA

? 5+ years experience in Finance (including 2+ years experience in multinational environment)

? Public audit experience desired but not required

? Exposure to US GAAP

? SAP experience (desired but not required)
