Job Summary
The digitization developer (specialist) works with AEE BO&S digitization support leader to envision and support the high performance digitization development service within the Accenture AEE Dalian center across multiple functions. The digitization developer reports to digitization support leader to drive digitization service in AEE center wised, response to digitization requests follow ups and development service enhancement, deliver digitization projects development as required and ensure quality
Key Responsibilities
Digitization Project Development
· Deliver digitization project development; follow up digitization requests and activities at a center level
· Works directly with digitization support team leader regarding daily digitization projects development and coding operation
· Engages with function digitization support PoC and SMEs specific aspects of the digitization projects deployment and UAT. Response to digitization development deliverables and further changes
· Provides qualified development and project deliverables to AEE center and functions, ensure digitization development productivity and effectiveness to AEE business operation
· Daily manage AEE digitization project developing and maintain coding, documents etc. Deliver end-user training in case of digitization project deliverables required
· Communicate to function’s digitization support PoC and SMEs, to align, analyze, advise functions aspects of digitization requirement and identify business pains to solve or improvement
Digitization Support Management
· Support digitization support lead to align internal technical delivery resource’s work on specific assignments
· Provides technical guidance or leverage training to coach internal delivery resources as needed
· Executive digitization projects developing and deliver status update to digitization support leader to ensure all digitization activities under management
· Collaborates with aligned OI team as solution provider
Relationships
· Reports to: AEE BO&S PPM digitization support leader
· External Relationships: N/A
· Internal Relationships: AEE digitization support PoC team, function tech-team leaders
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· Skills and Work Experience: - 3+ years’ experience in business automation solution identification and delivery areas
? Passion to improve AS-IS by technologies
? Good B/S applications development skills and experience, Be familiar with MS .Net development and C# development
? Good skills on ASP.net development
? Web applications development experiences are required; Workflow application design is preferred
? Be familiar with MS SQL Reporting Service development and basic configuration
? Basic knowledge and skills on MS SQL server Database, tables and view management
? Be familiar with Storage Process and Transaction
? Basic knowledge of software development life cycle, good technical skills, such as VBA, Access, etc
? Strong problem solving capabilities
? Good understanding to process continuous improvement (Lean, 6 Sigma) is a plus
? Experiences on BPO process automation development are preferred
