职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Responsibility for activities assigned by the Collections Supervisor
?Process A/R billings, adjustments, and write offs
?Understand and perform Accounts Receivable supervisory role if and when needed
? Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed
? Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance
? Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface)
?Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.
? Provide customers with information as requested
? Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments
? Provide regular status report to the client of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues.
?Successfully handles most non-routine issues, escalates to management on a timely manner, issues that cannot be resolved.
? Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and is able to meet published deadlines for activities.
? Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets.
? Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities.
? Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
? Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team.
? Escalates production issues to his/her team lead as appropriate.
?Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
Educational Qualifications
· Accounting, Finance or any Business related course
· At least 2 years work experience
Working Conditions
· Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
· Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
· Overtime and On-Call may be required
· Client holidays are observed instead of local holidays
Others
? Fulent Cantonese is required
? Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction
? Previous accounting experience/studies in particular AR
? Must be a good team player
? Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
? Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
? Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
? Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus)
? Experience with accounting systems
? Microsoft Office skills
? Client industry experience a plus
