Position： Customer Service Engineer
Location：Dalian

Job Responsibilities
As a customer support engineer to provide technical support to CISCO Asia customers in Great China via phone. As we provide 24x7 support service, for this position, it may be required for middle/night shifts.
The qualified candidate must has product knowledge and troubleshooting skill on CISCO Lan Switch products, RP and Routers, Wireless and Security etc.
Requirement:
1. Knowledge and experience of networking devices like routers or L2/L3 switches.

2. Demonstrated knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals is absolutely required. Knowledge of and experience with routing/switching protocols.

3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to handle critical customer issues in crisis situations, and the ability to work under pressure are all required.

4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Oversea Experience is preferred

6. Typically requires BS in CS or EE or equivalent plus 2 years' Networking related experience. CCNA/CCNP desired.

Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot medium to large networks. Is a technical expert in at least one area with excellent broad knowledge of Networking fundamentals. Effective planning, prioritization and organizing skills. Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork. Utilization of an increasing understanding of Cisco business strategies and drivers to guide activities. Proven crisis management skills. Demonstrated leadership skills in small projects and teams.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances. Shares information and communicates clearly with worldwide team members to improve team effectiveness. Produces and shares intellectual property in the most productive manner for internal audiences and customers. Encourages and accepts feedback.
