职位名称：Strategy manager

工作地点：dalian

职位描述：
1、Deliver overall strategic analysis of operations and SLA results；
2、Ensure alignment of expectations between Neusoft operations team and partner；
3、Develop and implement mid to long-term strategy to enhance the business relationship and drive continuous improvement；
4、Maintain regular communication with partner’s regional managers to ensure service delivery quality meets expectations；
5、Oversee performance improvement projects in each service delivery site。

岗位技能：

1、3 to 5 years’ experience as project manager, account manager or senior consultant in IT industry；
2、Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both English and Mandarin；
3、strong analytical and problem solving skills；
4、Experience facing both operations and corporate level members of multi-national clients；
5、Clearly demonstrates professional, outgoing attitude and ability to work closely with senior management。
